Welcome to my therapy practice!

A little more personal about me...

When I am not working, I am chasing after my 3-year-old and embracing every ounce of motherhood. I am also a wife, sister, aunt, cousin and a friend. I love being outside, especially in the summer. I love exploring and adventuring. My body and mind are in absolute peace when in nature; whether that is hiking on Long Island or in the Adirondacks, or exploring the vortexes in Sedona, Arizona or kayaking in the Long Island Sound. I also enjoy sitting outside in the sun or listening to birds. My favorite tree is a palm tree. I am barefoot 99% of the time, even to get the mail outside in 16* weather. I enjoy kickboxing and painting kindness rocks then dropping them off on trails for random people to find, and my newest hobby is learning everything about woodworking. My favorite colors are pink, various shades of green, and black.

"The best view comes after the hardest climb."
